Jodie specializes in treating grief, stress, trauma, sexual addiction, affair recovery, adoption and attachment issues, anxiety, and depression. She works with adults, adolescents, children ages 6-10, individuals, couples, and families.
Jodie works in collaboration with her clients to help them to resolve family of origin issues, trauma, and addictions. She often utilizes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with adults and children experiencing adverse effects from grief or other painful life experiences. She is a CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist). She works with clients who are struggling with pornography and other sexual issues, and their partners. As a Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist, Jodie assists individuals and families working through the struggles of multiple addictions: including substance abuse, addiction interaction, cross-addictions, process addictions, and/or financial issues. Together, we can work to resolve maladaptive behaviors that have stopped serving you well in experiences of abandonment, rejection, and/or repeated invalidation.
Jodie has been a guest speaker for the HOPE Conference in Little Rock.
Jodie is a wife, and a mother to four young men. In her spare time, she most enjoys time with family and being outdoors.
